This Customer Agreement is a legal agreement between you (Customer/User) and MyZaptext (the “Site”, “Website”, “We”, “Us”), which governs the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the website and services provided by MyZaptext.
By registering or signing up on the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or use MyZaptext.

Use of the MyZaptext Website
Purchase of the MyZaptext software is not free of charge. Users are not permitted to bypass the registration process or access the platform without purchasing a valid software license. MyZaptext does not charge any fee for browsing the website.
MyZaptext reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to introduce new services, modify existing services, or introduce or revise fees for any service offered on the platform.
Non-Payment
MyZaptext reserves the right to issue warnings, temporarily or permanently suspend, or terminate your account and deny access to the platform in the event of non-payment of fees. MyZaptext may also pursue legal action to recover outstanding dues.
You shall not attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or interfere with the billing process or fees owed under this Agreement.
Your Account
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including but not limited to your legal name, billing address, contact details, and business information. You remain responsible for all activity under your account until MyZaptext is notified of any unauthorized use, loss, or security breach.
Fair Use Policy
You agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable laws and WhatsApp’s policies. You must not engage in spamming, unsolicited messaging, deceptive practices, or excessive usage that may impact system performance or other users.
Usage beyond defined fair-use limits may be subject to additional charges at prevailing rates.
Usage of User Email
MyZaptext may send service-related communications, updates, and notifications to the email address provided during registration. By using the platform, you consent to receive such communications in accordance with applicable “Do Not Disturb” regulations.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be referred to a sole independent arbitrator appointed by MyZaptext. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyZaptext and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the platform.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the website.
